Although we live away from Kyushu, we run this website out of a desire to support the region.
We aim to create a place where people who live in Kyushu, those who have moved away, and those who fell in love with it while traveling can each share what they love about Kyushu.

One Kyushu, One Heart is run by a married couple in their 30s, Yutaka and Hinata .
Yutaka
Born in Kagoshima.
Although his parents' work took him to Tokyo, good upbringing instilled a strong love of Kyushu from childhood. At school, he would talk about the region with friends who also had ties to Kyushu, growing into someone with firmly held views on the subject.
He still travels to Kyushu around 2–3 times a year.
His top recommendation among Kyushu foods is sashimi made with Oita's Seki saba mackerel。
Hinata
Born and raised in Tokyo, she had no connection to Kyushu at all and had never visited before getting married.
Then Yutaka's persuasion won her over, and she became completely captivated by Kyushu.
Recently, she discovered how delicious nikuman steamed buns are with vinegar soy sauce.
She loves Kyushu's silky, mineral-rich hot springs.
